We ship all orders out on Tuesdays via DHL next day service, unless otherwise agrred upon in advance.
We also offer some of the most competative shipping rates available anywhere. (see below)

DHL next day (outside FL) $21 - avail. through website
DHL next day (in FL) $18 - when placing your order, please change from USA to YEMEN when entering your address- this will adjust discounted shipping fee for florida residents and will not affect your delivery.
FREE LOCAL PICK-UP avail. in the Tampa Bay Area - by appointment.
ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEE:
To be eligible for a credit, any DOA's or discrepancies are reported to us within 4hrs of the scheduled delivery time, someone must be there to report this, as we cannot be responsible for live corals left outside and unattended once delivered. A photograph may also be required for discrepancies reported before credit will be issued.
If your package has not arrived by DHL's scheduled delivery time, it is your responsibility to contact your local courier so that they can track your package with the tracking number given to you by Elite Reefs .
We cannot assume responsibility for any errors on the part of your delivery courrier and any claims resulting from courrier errors must be handled through DHL (or applicable service provider).
